Mindful Moons actively works to empower children to be themselves whilst learning to tune in and channel their energy in a place where they feel safe.
How? By having a focus on interaction and child-like fun in all of our programs and yoga classes. Our specialised programs bring together yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness activities that are designed especially for young people.
In an increasingly complex world, we help your children learn to pause, reset and connect - with themselves and others. The result? Happier children, better equipped to deal with the twists and turns of daily life, and to navigate their future.
Our Teachers have extensive experience working with children, are qualified Kids Yoga Teachers, hold a current Working With Childrens Check and First Aid Certificate.
